About Us
The Italian Apostolate is dedicated to promoting and preserving the rich cultural
and spiritual heritage of Italian communities. Through our various programs and
events, we celebrate faith, tradition, and the vibrant Italian spirit. Join us in
our mission to keep our traditions alive while fostering a sense of unity and
community.
Our activities include community outreach, cultural events, spiritual gatherings,
and educational programs. We welcome everyone to participate and share in the joy
of Italian heritage.
Our Patron: Saint Mother Frances Xavier Cabrini, the first U.S. citizen to be canonized a saint, was a beacon of hope for Italian immigrants and a transformative figure in the Catholic Church. Born in Italy, she founded the Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and dedicated her life to serving the poor and marginalized, particularly Italian immigrants in America. Arriving in the U.S. in 1889, she established schools, hospitals, and orphanages across the country, addressing both spiritual and practical needs. Her tireless work not only strengthened the faith of Italian-American communities but also left a lasting impact on the broader Catholic Church and American society, symbolizing resilience and service in the face of adversity.
